How to Measure Yourself
Bust/Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your bust/chest, keeping the measuring tape horizontal and comfortably snug.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, approximately 7-9 inches below your natural waistline.
Pro Tip: For the most accurate measurements, wear fitted clothing or undergarments and ask someone to help you measure.

How do MER by MG sizes compare to other brands?
Our sizes follow standard Canadian sizing. Always check the specific product measurements for the best fit.
What if I order the wrong size?
All sales are final - we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please carefully review our size guide and contact us at support@merbymg.com before purchasing if you have sizing questions.
Are your garments pre-shrunk?
Yes! All MER by MG pieces are pre-washed to ensure they maintain their size and shape after washing. You can expect minimal to no shrinkage when following our care instructions.
Do you offer petite or tall sizes?
Currently, we offer one length for each style. Our tracksuit bottoms have an inseam of approximately 29-30 inches, which works well for most heights. We're always listening to customer feedback for future sizing options.
