Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST are processed the following business day.
- Orders placed Monday-Friday before 10:00 AM EST ship same day
- Weekend orders are processed on the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships
- Tracking information is provided for all orders
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
Free Standard Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders over $150 within Canada.
International Shipping
Worldwide Delivery
We ship to most countries worldwide via express courier services (DHL, FedEx, or UPS International).
- Processing: 4-5 business days
- Delivery: 5-10 business days (after processing)
- Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination
- Free International Shipping: Available on orders over $300

Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses
